Typically, partnering arrangements enter into a multi-month joint development program with Clarus to assess SRT™ capabilities into specific applications. During the joint development period, our research and development team along with our executive and technical staff works closely with the marketing, business development and manufacturing staff of the potential licensee to achieve the desired improvements and benefits for the application and the marketplace.

These projects are followed by licensing or joint venture agreements. We consider exclusive licenses and qualified partners on a case-by-case basis.
