Apple is in good hands
Tim Cook has taken the reins from Steve Jobs during his enforced absence through illness. Jobs gave his now iconic speech to Stanford graduates in 2005. Tim Cook gave a similar insight into his thinking during a graduate speech at Auburn University last year. Here is a single sentence excerpt:
“There are times in all our lives when a reliance on gut or intuition just seems more appropriate. I’ve discovered it is in facing life’s most important decisions that intuition seems the most indispensable to getting it right.”
Its heartening to know that the second largest company in the world (by market value) will continue to be heavily influenced by such values.
